Insight Counselling offers a unique blend of evidenced based counselling approaches positioned within a framework that reflects the ‘Laws of the Universe’ or the psychology of Energy. Working from the premise that all is Energy, I offer you a journey that involves viewing life’s challenges through the lens of Energy. Every thought, emotion, physical ailment, spiritual experience reflects where you are at energetically, within the mind, body and Soul.
Together we journey through the landscape of energy that pervades your world using traditional counselling therapies coupled the story of the physical body, the emotions positioned within the chakras and naadis, an objective consideration of the mind’s narrative and the often the unheard whisperings of the Soul.
I support you on your journey to unravel the limitations and blockages that remain within your landscape. I offer short but powerful energy healings, meditation techniques, strategies to build mindfulness and channelled messages from Spirit to enable your energy to shift and lift. As your energy changes, so does its frequency, allowing you to live a more peaceful and harmonious life.
Insight Counselling is offered online, by phone or in person, whichever suits your unique situation. The service aims to support your growth and development as a human and as a Soul. The aim is to support and hold you through difficult times in your life, whether you are experiencing stress from work-related issues, low self-esteem, issues relating to family, or loss and grief, anxiety and depression, relationship issues with a spouse or partner, a tendency towards addictive behaviours or a burning desire to realise your full potential. My goal is to walk with you, as you figure out how best to move through your life challenge.
I believe you have the knowledge and skills to work through your own healing and aim to support you to unveil the hidden treasures that lie within. My aim is to empower you to become your own healer.
