I’ve always been drawn to meditation and spiritual pursuits from a young age. In January, 2024, I experienced a magical change within.  My Soul took the lead and my mind followed.  As a result, I was guided by Soul to organise a retreat in Rishikesh, India.

I organised the ‘Shadows to Light’ retreat, Rishikesh, India, which took place from 29th December, 2024 – 11th January, 2025. The retreat was hosted by Tracey Stead from ‘The Little Healing Space for you’, Cairns, Australia. The retreat was more than I could have expected.  My Soul was delighted!

So, I am currently organising another retreat in Rishikesh, India to run from the 10th January, 2027 – 26th January, 2027.
